  There are two volumes of the Huntington marriage licenses, both have entries for Martin Spangler and Mary Etta Miles; however, they have different information for the parents names. Specifically, Martin has his father name WM Spangler in one volume and Bud Spangler in the other volume. Neither of these are his father's name, which has been verified elsewhere.
